Sieng says his brother gave her the idea of starting a hot chicken spot in Nashville. They opened in 2019.

Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, they are facing some difficulties like short staffing and will be closed on September 26th.
“During the pandemic, as we all know, it was the next obstacle at the state and local levels,” Sieng added.
According to a May National Restaurant Association survey, about 90,000 restaurants and bars closed for long periods of time or even permanently.
The Liberation Brewing Company, which houses FB Nashville hot chicken, remains open.
But there is some good news. Sieng says there is another hot chicken location in Anaheim that people can go to even after the Long Beach location is closed.
“It’s a shame I have to leave here because there are so many people and so many faces. They all became a family to me, and it’s just sad to see it go.” Sieng said.
The second location is Anaheim’s 1560 South Lewis Street.
