Weight Loss Surgery Tip
A high protein, spreadable cheese like this one is so versatile! Spread it on grainy crackers as a healthy snack or add other toppings such as ham or salmon, avocado and tomato for a more filling lunch option. It can also be used as a mid-meal snack to dip vegetable sticks – a great way to get in some extra veggies while still getting that bit of protein.
